Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Previous Stepdown or progressive care unit experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving ability Excellent communication; team-oriented mindset BLS (required); ACLS (preferred)

Responsibilities:

Complete comprehensive admission and ongoing assessments, incorporating patient age, culture, and developmental needs Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions Plan, implement, and evaluate personalized interventions and care objectives Foster collaborative care with inter-professional teams Delegate tasks and oversee the patient care delivered by other unit staff Participate in quality improvement, shared governance, and professional growth initiatives
