Job Description

Schedule/Hours:
Day Shift:
Monday-Friday, 4x10 hour shifts (7:00am-5:30pm)
On-Call:
One weekday (5:50pm-7:00am) each week following your shift
On-Call:
One weekend (24 hours, Saturday or Sunday, 7:00am-7:00am) every 5 weeks 30-minute call response time required
Key Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Operating Room Technician Certification in
BLS/ACLS
preferred Recent experience in operating room settings, especially at trauma centers, is highly valued Ability to adapt quickly to diverse clinical environments and protocols Strong multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
Role Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons and team members during operative procedures Ensure surgical instruments and environments remain sterile and organized Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care Respond quickly and efficiently during call shifts to emergent situations Maintain comprehensive documentation and uphold safety regulations
