Schedule:
8-hour Day/Evening shifts, flexible starts at 0700, 0900, 1100, or 1500 40 hours per week Weekend rotation as needed On-call and holiday coverage as required by skill-setKey Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of recent Nursing ORT experience Robust expertise in Neuro (including Neuro call), Ortho (totals and trauma), genuro, da Vinci robotics, total joint support, urology, and peripheral vascular procedures Willingness to float and cross-train within OR as patient needs evolve Experience training new staff preferred Active NBSTSA or NCCT certification and AHA BLS (current upon submission) Submit with active license/certifications, updated resume, and skills checklistPrimary Responsibilities:
Scrub and assist in advanced surgical procedures, including neuro, ortho, and urology Provide high-quality intraoperative support in a collaborative team environment Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, floating, and on-call assignments to ensure optimal patient care Mentor and orient new perioperative staff as neededOutstanding Perks:
