Schedule/Hours:
4 days a week, 10-hour shifts (6:30AM-5:00PM) Blocked scheduling available No weekend or on-call requirements; optional on-call at Main if desiredQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Completion of accredited Surgical Technology or LVN/LPN program Current BLS certification from AHA Certified Surgical Technologist or LVN/LPN license required Minimum of 2 years' related experience preferred Flexibility to float within surgical servicesKey Responsibilities:
Assist with pre-op and intra-op patient care under RN supervision Proficiently scrub in at least 3 surgical specialties (Transplants, Open Heart, Urology, Neurology, Robotics, etc. preferred) Prepare and maintain a sterile field; monitor for aseptic technique breaches Set up operating room and instruments per case needs Transport, position, and provide comfort for surgical patients Manage biological specimens per protocol Adhere to all universal precautions, facility sanitation, and instrument processing procedures Adapt care to each patient's unique needsPerks and Benefits:
