Active certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) Proficient in Nursing - Operating Room Technology (ORT) Recent experience in a surgical or perioperative setting Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Strong communication and collaboration skillsPrimary Responsibilities:
Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments according to procedural requirements Assist surgeons and nurses during operations, ensuring optimal patient safety and smooth workflow Maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique and regulatory guidelines Monitor, anticipate, and respond to the needs of the surgical team throughout procedures Contribute to documentation and post-operative care dutiesOutstanding Benefits & Perks:
