This position invites surgical nurses skilled in ORT to work alongside multidisciplinary teams utilizing advanced orthopedic and robotic technology. Schedule:
Four 10-hour shifts per week Variable start times between 6:00 am and 8:00 am On-call rotation: 1 day weekly, every 4th weekend
Qualifications:
Active RN or ORT certification/license, meeting state requirements Demonstrated experience in an operating room environment Proficient with orthopedic procedures and robotic-assisted surgeries Strong collaborative and communication skills Adaptability to variable start times and on-call schedules
Responsibilities:
Assist surgical teams with orthopedic and robotic procedures Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and patient safety protocols Monitor patient condition before, during, and after procedures Efficiently manage surgical instruments and supplies Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff to deliver optimal care
