Qualifications:
Valid and current nursing license required Certified Operating Room Technician (ORT) credentials Prior experience in perioperative settings strongly preferred Proficient with surgical instruments, aseptic techniques, and safety protocols Strong communication and critical thinking abilities Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsResponsibilities:
Prepping operating rooms and surgical instruments according to procedure requirements Supporting surgeons and nurses during procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintaining stringent infection control and safety standards Assisting with patient positioning, monitoring, and post-op care Accurately documenting procedures and observations Communicating effectively with operating room staff and ensuring seamless workflowPerks and Benefits:
