Schedule:
Travel/temporary assignment (specific shift details provided during interview)
Qualifications:
Current certification as Surgical Technologist (CST) Experience supporting operating room teams in acute care or hospital settings Up-to-date BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to adapt to new clinical environments and protocols
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare operating rooms for surgeries, ensuring sterility and availability of equipment Assist surgical staff with procedures, instrument counts, and patient safety protocols Monitor supply levels and support inventory management Collaborate with nurses, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes Maintain strict adherence to infection control and quality standards
