Travel assignment Full-time hours
Qualifications:
Valid and current Nursing - ORT credentials Certification as either NBSTA or NCCT, plus First Assistant (FA) certification Proven experience working in surgical or perioperative services Strong ability to adapt to new technology and procedures Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and procedure efficiency Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments according to best practice standards Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow staff for seamless patient care Accurately document procedures and maintain compliance with EMR standards Provide postoperative support and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
