Schedule:

6:45 am - 7:15 pm On-call responsibilities Weekend and holiday shifts required No block scheduling

Core Responsibilities:

Perform as Operating Room Technician (ORT) during surgical procedures. Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields. Support the surgical team with instrumentation, supplies, and specimen handling. Ensure compliance with hospital and safety protocols, particularly in trauma and burn care scenarios. Respond efficiently to emergencies and provide expert support in high-pressure, rapidly changing situations. Participate in cross-functional teamwork and ongoing learning for best patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active and unrestricted nursing certification/license. Prior travel assignment experience. Experience in a Level 1 Trauma center is essential. Highly rated skills set with proven record of clinical excellence. Burn care experience strongly preferred. Strong communication and adaptability skills.
