Schedule/Hours:

4 nine-hour day shifts (Monday-Thursday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm) On-call responsibilities: 5-6 shifts per month, with possibility to stay late on Fridays if needed

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Surgical Scrub Tech/ORT in an operating room setting Relevant educational background and certification as an ORT Hands-on experience with a variety of surgical procedures and instrumentation Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment; strong interpersonal skills and adaptability Team-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and sterile technique

Key Responsibilities:

Function as primary scrub tech for surgical cases in 3 ORs and 2 procedure rooms Ensure optimal preparation and turnover of surgical suites Maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique and safety protocols Manage surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment with precision Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiology staff
