This opportunity is ideal for a skilled Operating Room Technician with at least three full years of hands-on experience in diverse OR settings. You'll work alongside seasoned surgeons and innovative leadership teams, gaining exposure to advanced workplace practices and a wide variety of surgical specialties—including orthopedics, neuro, vascular, urology, GYN oncology, ENT, and more. Expanding your resume here means handling complex cases, adapting to Cerner/Surginet EMR, and collaborating with a cohesive surgical support staff.
Schedule/Hours:
Monday through Friday with rotating call: 2-3 weekend days per month (12-hour weekday call), 3-4 weekday calls per month Occasional floating to other locations as neededQualifications & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of recent OR Tech experience Active BLS certification required Comfortable running multiple cases daily across 6 OR rooms Familiarity with diverse specialties: orthopedics, neuro, urology, GYN, general surgery, ENT, and more Previous Cerner EMR and Omnicell system experience preferredKey Responsibilities:
Scrub in for a variety of surgical procedures and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Ensure patient safety and support circulating staff in a busy surgical environment Participate in call rotation, assist with case prep, and float between campus locations as neededBenefits & Perks:
