Category Nursing - RN-Operating Room Job Type Travel Immerse yourself in the vibrant coastal city of Quincy, Massachusetts—a perfect blend of historic charm, beautiful harbor views, and close proximity to cultural hotspots. This travel assignment offers RNs the chance to experience the unique energy of Greater Boston while working in a dynamic hospital environment that serves one of the region's busiest Level 1 trauma centers. This role is an exceptional opportunity for experienced Operating Room nurses seeking to broaden their expertise and enhance their clinical skills. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary surgical team, you'll encounter a diverse case mix and be exposed to varied management and leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:
36 hours/week 12-hour AM shifts: 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. Every other weekend and every other holiday required
Key Qualifications:
Active RN license Current BLS certification At least 3 years of inpatient surgical experience, including recent Level 1 trauma expertise Proficient in a minimum of 5 OR service lines Outstanding communication skills Positive, collaborative attitude and flexibility in a fast-paced setting
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care throughout the surgical process in a high-acuity OR setting Coordinate care for complex cases and trauma patients Work collaboratively with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes Maintain strict adherence to clinical protocols and compliance standards Communicate proactively with team members and families
