Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality instruction and support as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired. Provide specialized Orientation and Mobility Services to students as part of their individualized education plans. Collaborate closely with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal outcomes for students with visual impairments. Develop differentiated instructional materials and adaptive strategies to maximize student independence and success. Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and contribute to planning meetings.Desired Qualifications:
Valid certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired. Experience or coursework in Orientation and Mobility services. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Adaptability and comfort working in new educational environments.Benefits:
