Qualifications:

Active RN license Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Basic Life Support (BLS) NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Proficient in reading basic cardiac rhythm strips Prior experience in acute care or telemetry nursing

Responsibilities:

Monitor, assess, and document patients using telemetry equipment Work collaboratively within both primary and team nursing models Respond swiftly to changes in cardiac rhythms and escalate per protocol Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Educate patients and families on procedures and care plans
