Key Qualifications:
Active RN license (Washington state or compact) Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry nursing Proficiency with cardiac monitoring, patient assessment, and critical thinking BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in new environments

Continuous monitoring and assessment of patients with cardiac conditions Interpretation and documentation of telemetry rhythms Promptly responding to changes in patient status and collaborating with the healthcare team Patient education and support for families Adherence to hospital protocols and safety guidelines
