Schedule:

Day shifts, 7AM - 7PM Full-time hours

Qualifications:

RN license valid in Texas or compact state BLS certification (AHA only) required At least one year of nursing experience in a related specialty preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred Epic EMR experience preferred Rehabilitation or surgical/respiratory nursing experience recommended Familiarity with Trach/Vent and Hi Flow devices is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities:

Deliver nursing care according to the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation Address complex psychosocial and cultural patient needs Administer medications and treatments safely using established protocols Accurately document patient history, assessments, interventions, and outcomes Educate patients and their families on procedures, recovery, and available resources Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care Delegate tasks effectively to support staff as appropriate
