Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse - Lowell, Arkansas

Schedule:

13-week assignment Day shift: 6:45am-7:15pm Every other weekend (Saturday-Sunday) required

Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Current ACLS and BLS certifications Minimum of 2 years of recent Telemetry experience Willingness and ability to float to Medical/Surgical and Bariatrics units as needed Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Effective communication and leadership abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver patient care using the Nursing Process in compliance with state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies Utilize critical thinking and scientific judgment to anticipate and safely plan for patient needs Maintain clinical licensure and competencies through ongoing education Delegate appropriate patient care tasks according to staff skills and experience Supervise and provide guidance to assigned personnel, supporting quality care delivery and patient safety Accurately document nursing assessments, care, and outcomes per hospital standards
