Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Telemetry or progressive care units Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or equivalent) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Adaptability to new environments and EMR systems Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients, monitoring cardiac rhythms and reporting changes Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams on patient care plans Effectively triage and respond to acute changes in patient condition Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record Offer compassionate patient and family education, supporting positive health outcomes Uphold safety and infection control standards
