Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment; specific schedule provided upon placement
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general ultrasound imaging procedures on patients of various age groups, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images Collaborate with physicians to optimize patient care plans based on imaging results Maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure accurate documentation Assist with patient preparation, education, and reassurance throughout the imaging process Uphold rigorous standards for equipment maintenance and infection control
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification (General Ultrasound) Prior experience conducting a range of ultrasound procedures preferred Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong communication, patient interaction, and critical thinking skills Compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements for imaging professionals
