Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Travel Immerse yourself in the picturesque setting of Chester, WV, famous for its charming river views, friendly community, and easy proximity to outdoor adventure. During your time off, explore scenic riverfront trails, sample local cuisine, or venture out to nearby state parks. Working as a radiology professional here gives you invaluable exposure to a dynamic, high-volume imaging department using state-of-the-art equipment from top brands like GE, Siemens, and Philips. You'll collaborate with an experienced team, learn from accessible leadership, and develop a keen adaptability by floating among general X-ray, fluoro, OR, and portable imaging environments. This role is ideal for professionals eager to broaden their clinical skillset, add diverse casework to their experience, and grow their career in a supportive but fast-paced hospital setting.
Schedule/Hours:
8-hour shifts:Day:
(06-2:30, 06:30-3, 8-4:30, 9:30-5);Afternoon:
(2:30-11);Midnight:
(12-8) 2 on, 2 off, 3 on rotation Every other weekend and some holiday rotationQualifications:
ARRT certification and BLS required Active WV X-ray License Ability to function in all radiology areas: general X-ray, portables, OR, fluoro Experience with high-volume caseloads (110 scans/day) Ready to float between departments as needed Must provide a valid, unexpired driver's license Open to first-time travelers WV Cares clearance required before startResponsibilities:
Perform a variety of imaging studies (general, fluoro, OR—including cystos, ortho, GI) Operate advanced imaging equipment and PACS (Intellirad/Intelliconnect) Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; adapt to department needs Independently cover shifts, including overnight Wear clean, professional scrubs (color flexible)Benefits and Perks:
