Job Description

Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Travel Experience the charm and southern hospitality of Saint Matthews, SC, while advancing your radiologic technology career in a dynamic hospital environment. As a traveling X-ray professional, you will engage with a diverse patient population in both routine and emergency scenarios, enhancing your clinical expertise and enriching your resume with exposure to Level III Trauma acute care practices. Working with varied modalities, from fluoroscopy and operating room cases to inpatient and outpatient imaging, you'll benefit from working alongside multidisciplinary teams and learning different workplace and leadership styles. Saint Matthews is perfectly situated for those who enjoy exploring picturesque towns, serene natural settings, and discovering local history during free time. Days off can be spent exploring nearby parks, sampling southern cuisine, or unwinding in tranquil surroundings. Schedule/Hours:
5x8s: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. On-call rotation, including weekends
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in X-ray imaging required ARRT (R), SCRQSA (R), BLS, and CPR certifications required Agency-provided radiation badge required Fluoroscopy and OR experience needed First-time travelers accepted
Responsibilities:
Perform radiographic procedures for adult and pediatric populations Apply anatomical positioning, radiologic techniques, and sound judgment Float to OR, Orthopedics, Fluoroscopy, Inpatient, Outpatient, and ER as needed Participate in on-call rotation for emergency and weekend coverage Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
