Traveling Greenhouse Construction Laborer

About the Job We are hiring a Traveling Construction Laborer to help build and install residential and commercial greenhouses. This is a hands-on construction role that includes working outdoors, traveling to job sites, and assisting with greenhouse structures from start to finish. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, comfortable with out of state travel, and willing to learn. Construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Assist with the construction and installation of greenhouse structures Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment Help with framing, assembly, panels, coverings, doors, vents, and related greenhouse components Use hand tools and power tools safely Follow directions from the crew lead or supervisor Maintain a clean and safe job site Work outdoors in different weather conditions Travel to job sites as required Requirements Must be willing and able to travel for work 2+ years of construction experience preferred. Reliable transportation to the shop or meeting point Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools preferred Construction, framing, agricultural, or greenhouse experience is a plus Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a crew What We Offer Full-time work Travel opportunities Hands-on construction training Overtime opportunities when available Competitive pay based on experience Room to grow with the company About Us Monarch Greenhouse Solutions specializes in building and installing greenhouses for residential, commercial, agricultural, and specialty growing operations. Pay:

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
