75%+ Nationwide About the Role We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee heavy civil construction projects across the U.S. This role is responsible for managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors and equipment, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met on-site. Responsibilities Manage daily construction site operations and field activities Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, equipment, and materials Review project plans, specifications, and schedules before project start Ensure work is completed according to project plans and safety standards Monitor project progress, productivity, and jobsite safety Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings Assist with change orders, punch lists, and project closeout Provide daily reports, documentation, and progress photos Coordinate rental equipment deliveries and returns Qualifications Experience in heavy civil construction required Previous Superintendent or field leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and site coordination Excellent communication and organizational skills OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and HCSS experience are a plus Ability to travel nationwide more than 75% of the time Benefits 401(k) with Company Match Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Bonus Potential Career Growth Opportunities
