Full Job Description Position Summary:
We are seeking a flexible and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a traveling clinical support team member across our primary care offices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about supporting patient care where it's needed most. This position would travel to South Hills and Washington County locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical support in primary care practices, performing medical assistant-level duties as needed Assist with patient intake, vitals, documentation, and basic clinical procedures Conduct patient outreach, including follow-up calls, care gap closure, and appointment coordination Complete chart preparation to ensure providers are set up for efficient, high-quality visits Adapt quickly to different office workflows and team environments Support offices experiencing staffing shortages, call-offs, or leaves of absence
Qualifications:
Active LPN or RN license in PA Proficient in electronic medical records Prior experience in primary care or ambulatory settings preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and patient engagement skills Ability to travel between office locations as needed
