Job Description
Join our Treasury Management team as a Relationship Specialist! This position is great for someone who has commercial or retail banking experience and would like to expand their career. The Treasury Management Relationship Specialist is primarily responsible for maintaining and growing our client relationships and works directly with clients, the sales teams, and officers to identify opportunities - ensuring the best fit in terms of account types, products, or additional services. This role will focus on building and expanding relationships with existing and prospective clients; answers questions or inquiries from commercial deposit and treasury management clients; resolves client issues; maintains analysis; identifies additional client needs; escalation for the Treasury Management Processors and sales team. The Treasury Management Relationship Specialist is also responsible for providing treasury management support to include assisting clients with questions in regard to business products and services, and training. Higher education in business or a finance related field is preferred, along with one to two years of commercial or retail banking experience. Candidates should have a sound knowledge of deposit products, online banking services and accounts receivables as well as general understanding of bank operations and accounting. We're looking for someone who is a self-starter with the ability to perform duties and make decisions with little supervision.
