Job Description

A growing, patient-focused dental practice in Angier is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join a warm, welcoming, and supportive team environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients feel confident and cared for throughout their dental journey, from the first phone call to the completion of treatment. The Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in scheduling, financial coordination, and delivering a high-quality patient experience. Key Responsibilities Manage a multi-line phone system to schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments Maintain full and efficient provider schedules Accurately collect and update patient demographic and insurance information Professionally check patients in and out Present and review treatment plans to support case acceptance Verify insurance coverage and eligibility while maintaining accurate records Process payments and clearly communicate financial policies Ensure the reception and waiting areas remain clean and welcoming Perform additional administrative duties as needed Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of dental office experience (preferably front desk experience) Strong communication and organizational skills Professional demeanor with keen attention to detail Positive attitude and commitment to excellent patient care Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Comfortable using computers and dental software systems High School Diploma or GED What We Offer Supportive team culture!
