Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Albany Braces. The Treatment Coordinator works very closely with the Orthodontist on patient treatment planning and coordination of treatment sequences. Albany Braces is committed to the growth and success of our team members. Responsibilities:

Serve as first point of contact for prospective patients/families experiencing dental issues and looking to learn more about our services. Prepare patients for exams and post treatment evaluations. Present diagnostic records to Orthodontist to help them evaluate and create treatment plan for patients. Support prospective patients by thoroughly explaining our services and how they differ from competitors or other alternatives. Exhibit empathy and patience when speaking with prospective patients with the goal of helping to impact their lives for the better. Show confidence and expertise overcoming cost and other common prospective patient objections. Provide patients and families with proper orthodontic care instructions, dental health education and diet recommendations. Create a welcoming environment and make patients feel comfortable by interacting and getting to know each patient. Coordinate needed appointments with specialty dental clinics and keep patients' general dentist informed of treatment plans. Keep patient records up to date and accurate.

PM Pay Range:

$23•$28 Hourly, based on experience. Must be able to occasionally commute to any of our 5 practice locations•

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a dental or medical office setting Knowledge of dental terminology and medical insurance Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing clinical documentation Experience with insurance claims and medical billing

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with orthodontic patients Familiarity with orthodontic software and technology (i.e. Cloud9) 3+ years of Treatment Coordinator or Sales Experience
