Dental Treatment Coordinator - High-Production Private Practice Our practice is growing and we are seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing private dental practice. This role is ideal for a driven, patient-focused professional who excels in a team-based environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while supporting practice growth. Key Responsibilities Confidently present and coordinate comprehensive treatment plans to drive case acceptance Convert new patient calls through exceptional customer service, professionalism, and relationship-building Coordinate scheduling to maximize provider productivity and patient flow Review insurance benefits, explain financial responsibility, and discuss payment options clearly Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience Maintain accurate documentation and uphold HIPAA compliance Qualifications Proven experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator in a high-production private practice Insurance coordinator experience and experience with advanced dental codes are a plus Strong understanding of dental procedures, terminology, insurance workflows, and coding Proven experience with dental practice management systems Excellent communication, customer service, and case presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting What We Offer Growth and mentorship opportunities within a high-performing practice Supportive, collaborative, and team-driven culture Competitive compensation based on experience and performance Long-term career development opportunities If you thrive in a results-driven environment and take pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience from the first call through treatment completion, we'd love to hear from you.
