We are hiring a specialized Wound Care Nurse to manage skin integrity protocols and clinical treatments across these environments. This role focuses entirely on wound staging, treatment execution, and tracking healing metrics. You will monitor high-risk residents, update clinical care plans, and coordinate directly with physicians to manage advanced treatment regimens. Responsibilities Administer ordered wound treatments, dressing changes, and specialized skin therapies. Assess, stage, and document precise wound measurements and healing progress. Identify skin breakdown risks and implement immediate preventive care plans. Coordinate with floor staff to ensure proper turning, positioning, and pressure relief. Provide support with staffing coordination and limited on-call assistance as part of the leadership team. Monitor and maintain facility wound care supplies and specialized treatment inventory.
Pay, Schedule & Benefits Pay:
$30-35/hour
Schedule:
Day shift, full-time.

Experience in wound identification, staging, and treatment in a skilled nursing setting. Wound care certification (WCC, WOCN, or CWS) is preferred. Must pass a criminal background check.
