  • Full-time Treatment Plan Coordinator Elite 360° Dental is seeking an efficient, passionate, and personable Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our five-star-rated practice.
This role is ideal for a highly energetic, dependable, and team-oriented professional who enjoys helping patients understand their care and move forward with treatment confidently. The Treatment Plan Coordinator will create and present treatment plans, support case acceptance, coordinate follow-up care, and help ensure a smooth and positive patient experience. Responsibilities Present treatment options to patients clearly and effectively. Facilitate case acceptance by ensuring patients understand treatment plans, timelines, and next steps. Provide excellent customer service to enhance the patient experience. Coordinate patient appointments, treatment sequences, and follow-up visits. Manage all pre-operative protocols and ensure readiness for scheduled treatment. Enter treatment plans, documents, and patient information accurately into Dentrix software. Maintain accurate patient accounts and records by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information with a high degree of accuracy. Schedule appointments in person and by telephone. Follow up on unscheduled treatment and help patients move forward with recommended care. Manage follow-up letters to referring doctors. Work collaboratively with the dental team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, warmth, and accountability. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in the dental field. Dental knowledge required; prosthodontics experience preferred but not required. Proficiency with computers and common office software, including email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Dentrix software strongly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Reliable, dependable attendance record. Professional, punctual, accountable, and comfortable working as part of a team.
