Tree Crew / Equipment Operator / Lawn Care Technician Whitmer's Property Maintenance - Tampa Bay Area / Plant City, FL Whitmer's Property Maintenance is a locally owned, family-run company serving Central Florida with tree services, property maintenance, landscaping, and land services. We are currently hiring motivated individuals for multiple field positions.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license

REQUIRED

• Applicable experience OR transferable skills preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Drug-free workplace
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to safely operate tools and equipment related to the position

Preferred Experience:

• Tree trimming/removal
• Skid steer, mini skid, tractor, or heavy equipment operation
• Lawn maintenance and landscaping
• Trailer backing/driving experience
• Chainsaw experience
• Commercial or residential property maintenance

Pay Scale:
