Tree Farm Manager

Overview:

A well-established outdoor operation is seeking a hands-on Tree Farm Manager to oversee daily field operations, lead crews, and support overall production efficiency. This role is ideal for someone with experience in agriculture, landscaping, nursery operations, or other field-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily field operations and production activities Lead and manage field crews to ensure productivity and safety Coordinate schedules, workflow, and operational priorities Operate and oversee maintenance of equipment and machinery Monitor quality standards and troubleshoot operational issues Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Experience in outdoor operations, agriculture, landscaping, or related environments Prior experience leading teams of 5+ employees Experience operating tractors, loaders, or similar equipment preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license required; CDL or equipment certifications are a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
