Fully in-person King/Pierce Counties Position Summary Estimator is for someone to go out and meet clients to go over tree care needs and desires. You will be driving around from site to site meeting various clients based mostly in King or Pierce County.

This position requires:

Producing a minimum of 40 quotes per week. Online training of approximately 15-20 minutes daily (5 days per week). Selling at least 200k during a single month within 6 months for promotion 8 weeks of minimum wage Week 9

• no base salary. Only 10% Commission and bonuses and incentives. Approximately 40 leads per weeks given 3,400 average ticket price
• Currently top estimator does 1.6M per year in sales

Learning all things tree, ISA, TCIA, and all new tree care aspects; being able to then use this information to educate clients in order to maximize client happiness and open new areas of revenue. Aligning yourself with the success of the company, when we succeed, you succeed. Objectives Conduct yourself in a professional and clean manner, be respectable. Engage clients via phone, employing effective sales strategies to close deals. Meet with a minimum of 35 clients per week and sell a minimum of $35,580 per week in tree care. Preform all tree quotes without damages to relationships, call-backs, negative engagements with crew, clients, or members of the public. Maintain and inventory trees for clients as well as any equipment to preform daily work. Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing clients. Become proficient with all equipment, machinery, and tools that are used by the company, including basic maintenance and operations. Stay informed on the latest techniques and tools / technology to effectively preform and sell tree care. Collect client feedback to drive product and service enhancements., Constantly refine the sales pipeline for improved conversion rates. Consistently meet or exceed daily performance metrics. Competencies Ability to understand customer needs and tailor tree care work accordingly. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with various management levels and clients. Proven ability to build tree estimates that are dynamic to fit customer requirements. A sense of urgency and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in driving vehicles, operating equipment, knots, ropes, rigging, and tree care tools and techniques. Proficiency in CRM tools, ArboStar, Gmail, and other technology. Read and write English. Must be willing and able to complete company required personal growth tasks. Reading educational books during onboarding and after, going to the gym at least 5 times per month, utilizing and mastering online and in-person training requirements during onboarding and after. Familiarity with Product and Pricing guides and staying current on any changes. Maintain a positive demeanour and provide calm, accurate responses to customer inquiries. Maintain all required equipment and gear needed for whatever your role is to include. Education and Experience GED or high school diploma preferred. At least 1 year tree experience preferred but not required. ISA Arborist Tree Risk Assessment Qualified
