We work with some of the largest management and investment firms in the nation to provide a level of care that is consistently above expectations. We are seeking an experienced and professional Tree Trimmer who will also work along side a maintenance crew. An ideal candidate must be knowledgeable, punctual, and show up ready to work daily. We are seeking someone who has chosen this profession and wishes to advance their career with a growing company. Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience. Growth opportunities are available within the company for those who show leadership potential and exceptional attention to detail. ISA certification a plus but not required, we are willing to teach the right candidate to help them grow in the field. Work schedule is Monday-Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. This is not a seasonal position. Job Responsibilities Operation of tree trimming equipment such as chainsaws and pole chainsaws. Knowledge of proper and up to date pruning techniques and ability to trim according to local codes and ordinances. Must be comfortable operating an aerial lift reaching up to 60'. Operation of landscape equipment such as mowers, blowers, edgers, or hedge trimmers. Edging all sidewalks and curb areas. String trimming of all turf areas inaccessible to mowers. Hand weeding of landscape beds. Hedge trimming as required by your crew leader. Raking and blowing all properties. Assisting with loading/unloading and fueling all equipment at the beginning and end of each day. Follow all safety protocols and wear all required PPE during work hours.

Job requirements:

Experienced with landscape equipment (Chainsaws, edgers, hedge trimmers, power pruners, mowers, blowers, etc). Knowledgeable about South Florida plant material. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various South Florida weather conditions. Able to lift 50+lbs and bend/kneel/squat. English speaking. Reliable transportation to work. Positive attitude and detail oriented. Willing to submit to a background check. Verifiable references. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
