Tree Trimmer/Groundsperson

Job Overview Join our team as a Tree Trimmer/Grounds person Laborer. Responsibilities Assist with tree trimming, pruning, and tree removal using proper techniques. Operate bucket trucks and bucket lifts safely to access high branches and difficult areas. Support rigging operations to secure and lift heavy limbs or equipment during tree work. Perform ground-based landscape maintenance including lawn care, planting, mulching, and general cleanup. Maintain equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and safety gear to ensure optimal performance. Follow all safety protocols related to tree care, landscaping, and equipment operation to prevent accidents or injuries. Skills Ability to operate different machines, such as skid steers, chainsaws, pole trimmers, etc. Ability to operate bucket trucks safely and efficiently; experience with bucket operation is highly preferred. Familiarity with rigging procedures for lifting limbs or equipment securely during tree work. Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
