Full-Time $ 18.00 to $ 22.00 per hour depending on qualifications Must have a strong desire to work and learn outdoors. Previous work in the tree industry is a plus, but not necessary. We train everyday in person and also through professional education workshops. Outdoor experience is an asset. The work day is a full day, but there is some flexibility. Each work day is different than the last. A desire to learn is a top priority - this interest should include learning about urban arboriculture and a willingness to have a wide range of job duties including ground work, elevated tree work, operation of mechanical tools such as chain saws and grapples. If you do not have experience, you will start at the ground level and be brought into more difficult work as your skills improve. Warehouse location (day start) is conveniently near I 71 and 5th Ave. in Columbus Need to be over 18 and have valid driver's license. A commercial driver's license is a plus. Our company's emphasis is on tree preservation and improving the urban environment through science based, cutting edge soil and plant care practices. The owner is a ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) Board Certified Master Arborist with 29 years of experience. The company has been in business for over 10 years.
