Job Description
- Job Overview
- We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Technician to join our healthcare team.
- Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in medical clinics, including phlebotomy, vital signs, and medication screening.
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient assessments, treatments, and procedures, ensuring the highest level of care and patient satisfaction.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMRs) to document patient information and update medical records.
- Support patient care services, including preauthorizations, and provide assistance with daily patient office operations.
- Respond to emergency and urgent medical needs situations as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Qualifications preferred
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
- Experience in patient care, including phlebotomy and caregiving, focusing on SUDS and primary care medicine.
- Strong understanding of patient safety and emergency procedures.
- Familiarity with EMRs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing patient needs and adapting to changing situations.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$13.00- $15.
