Trim Carpenter

Joint Construction, is currently seeking skilled trim carpenters for multi-family/commercial projects around Interstate 94 from Madison to Milwaukee area. Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of construction with trim carpentry experience.

Responsibilities:

Work with materials such as wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall. Measure, cut, and shape trim materials with precision using hand and power tools to ensure seamless joints and perfect fits. Install and fit various types of trim including baseboards, crown molding, door and window casings, cabinets and other decorative pieces Apply finishing touches such as sanding, staining, painting, or varnishing to trim pieces to achieve a flawless, professional appearance. Read and interpret plans, sketches, and shop drawings Maintain a clean and organized work area, disposing of waste materials and debris responsibly to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site. Perform related duties as assigned or needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in trim carpentry or a related woodworking Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship in every aspect of the work, from measurements to finishing touches. Ability to problem solve construction issues Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic, capable of meeting project deadlines and delivering excellent results consistently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites. Ensure that safety is paramount on all job sites

$27.00 - $37.00 per hour
