Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Trim Finish Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise finish carpentry work that enhances the aesthetic and quality of residential, commercial, and restoration projects. Your expertise in trim, cabinetry, door hanging, and detailed woodworking will contribute to delivering high-quality results that meet client specifications and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship while working on diverse projects that challenge your skills and creativity. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install interior and exterior trim such as baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting, and window casings with accuracy and attention to detail Hang doors, install hardware, fixtures, cabinetry, and custom woodwork to specifications outlined in blueprints or schematics Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure precise installation of trim components Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete carpentry tasks on various construction sites Perform finishing tasks including sanding to achieve a polished appearance Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to coordinate work sequences and ensure timely project completion Qualifications Proven experience in carpentry or related construction roles with a strong portfolio of completed projects Proficiency using hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers) and power tools (drills, sanders) safely and effectively Ability to read blueprints, drawings accurately Experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety protocols and industry standards Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces as required Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in finishing work Valid driver's license preferred; ability to travel between job sites as needed Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your skills to high-quality construction projects. Pay:
$18.00 - $30.00 per hour
