Duties Manually trim marijuana plants using shears, scissors, hands, etc. Responsible for maintaining quality product while reaching daily quotas. Perform Quality Control on Product through the harvest, processing, and bagging procedures. Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse while performing trimmings. Work with management to carry out all tasks in accordance with company and regulatory compliance. Ensure that harvested plants are assigned and remain in the correct Harvest Batch. Record weights, tag numbers, and any relevant data for harvested plants. Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by managers to complete weekly team quota. Regularly cleaning scissors, work station, and tools using only approved-sanitizers. Understand and practice Food safe, and Food-Contact Safe Cleaners. Abide by company Processing-Employee Health Policies. Maintain good hygiene, wear gloves, hairnets/ beard-nets / hat. Qualifications Knowledge and background in wet and dry trimming, both in hand and various machine Trimming preferred. Must have appropriate work credentials (MED Badge). Experience in a fast-paced environment, able to trim 3 - 5 lbs. per day consistently Strong attention to detail, and passionate about the product. Able to work in professionally in an commercial facility: must be able to maintain company standards, maintain cleanliness standards, and work as an adult with other adults in a courteous and collaborative manner. May be asked to assist in pre-harvest leafing, shucking, or related processes.

Able to sit for extended periods of time Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing and warehouse environment. Able to lift and move up to 10 pounds occasionally Able to keep focus with a proficient and steady pace Must have reliable transportation, and able to have regular and on-time attendance.
