The role of the Training Coordinator is to facilitate training and development of Pyromation team members. The function of the Training Coordinator is to help ensure customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and support the company's training needs. The Training Coordinator will interact with all company Value Streams.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for training team members utilizing job instructions, lean tools, safety documents, and quality information Perform documentation training including specs, drawings, "Z" numbers, safety documents and work instructions Recommend and implement ways to continuously improve team member training and development Utilize Pyromation's software system to accomplish job duties Recommend and implement ways to continuously improve utilizing PDCA and various other lean tools Assist in finding root cause analyses of problems Perform other additional duties as required and as directed by the
Safety & Training Manager Qualifications:
Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalence, college degree a plus Possess several years of manufacturing experience at Pyromation and have catalog and theory/application knowledge Should possess lean knowledge and have served or be willing to serve on rapid improvement events
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to: Stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift or move items (typically up to 50 lbs.).
