Truck Driver

Overview We are seeking experienced truck drivers with a strong background in hauling manufactured/mobile homes. Drivers must be comfortable operating manual transmission trucks and reading/understanding oversize permits. Most hauls originate in the DFW (Dallas-Fort Worth) area and are delivered to local dealers or directly to customer properties in West Texas and New Mexico. Overnight and out-of-town hauls are very common. Some day trips may be available depending on schedule. Responsibilities Transport manufactured/mobile homes safely and legally Pick up homes from manufacturers and deliver to dealers or customer sites Read and follow state permits and route restrictions Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections Ensure proper securement and compliance with state regulations Communicate with dispatch regarding route, delivery timing, and any issues Maintain professionalism when interacting with dealers and customers Requirements Valid CDL (Class A preferred) Experience hauling manufactured/mobile homes strongly preferred Must be able to operate manual transmission trucks Experience reading and following oversize load permits Ability to travel and stay overnight frequently Strong understanding of safety procedures Dependable and professional work ethic
