Truck Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Truck Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of trucks to deliver freight efficiently and on time. Your expertise in driving different trailer configurations, including refrigerated, flatbed, tanker, and dump trucks, will ensure our cargo reaches its destination securely and intact. Responsibilities Operate a variety of commercial trucks, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks, adhering to all safety and traffic regulations Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary, ensuring proper handling and securement of cargo Follow designated routes for delivery and pick-up tasks, maintaining timely schedules while prioritizing safety at all times Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety, report any issues promptly, and ensure compliance with company policies Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance records in accordance with regulatory standards Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any logistical issues swiftly Assist with general vehicle maintenance tasks as needed to keep trucks in optimal condition Skills Proven experience in truck driving with a focus on freight delivery across diverse routes Strong knowledge of manual transmission vehicles and operation of various trailer types including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks Skilled in load & unload procedures with experience operating forklifts or other loading equipment when necessary Excellent driving record demonstrating safe driving habits and adherence to traffic laws Ability to navigate using route maps or GPS systems efficiently under tight schedules Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Physical stamina to handle long hours on the road and perform manual tasks related to loading or unloading freight Join us as a Truck Driver and become an essential part of our logistics operation!
