Driver Pay Rates:

Team Drivers Earn $160,000 - $166,000 per year (split pay) Earn $3,200 per week (split pay) Detention pay of $16.50 per hour Layover pay of $16.50 per hour Breakdown pay of $16.50 per hour Paid lumpers (no driver unloads unless they choose to) Eligible for monthly safety bonus

CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Requirements:

At least 21 years old CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience Must have 48'-53' tractor trailer experience Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
