Truck Event Coordinator

Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Truck Event Coordinator to lead the planning, execution, and management of truck-based events. As a key player in our team, you will coordinate all aspects of truck events, from venue setup to customer interactions. Responsibilities Plan and execute a variety of truck-based events, including promotional campaigns, community outreach, and corporate functions. Coordinate scheduling, transportation, setup, and breakdown to ensure smooth event operations. Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, catering services, and other partners to secure favorable terms and uphold quality standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Maintain detailed records of contracts, permits, insurance documentation, and post-event reports for compliance and future planning. Skills Excellent communication skills with clients, vendors, team members, and attendees. Exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Customer service expertise with a friendly approach that enhances guest satisfaction. Time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently during fast-paced event environments. Experience in contracts management and compliance related to event permits or venue agreements.
