Trucking Dispatcher — Hot Shot & OTR Freight DLKA Transport LLC is a fast-growing nationwide freight carrier based in Central Florida, specializing in hot shot, power-only, and full-size freight transportation across the United States. We are currently seeking motivated and experienced freight dispatchers to join our growing operations team. This is a commission-based position paid on gross revenue generated. About the Position As a dispatcher with DLKA Transport LLC, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating freight operations for hot shot and OTR drivers nationwide. Dispatchers will work directly with drivers, brokers, and customers to book loads, maximize revenue, maintain communication, and ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities Booking and coordinating freight nationwide Negotiating rates with brokers and customers Managing driver schedules and load planning Maintaining communication with drivers and customers Assisting with paperwork, check calls, and delivery updates Maximizing truck revenue and minimizing downtime Assisting drivers with breakdown coordination and roadside support Scheduling and tracking truck and trailer maintenance and repairs Coordinating repair shops, service appointments, and downtime management Monitoring compliance and professionalism throughout operations What We Offer Commission-Based Pay Paid on Gross Revenue Weekly ACH Direct Deposit Consistent Freight Opportunities Dedicated Operations Support Fast-Growing Nationwide Carrier Opportunity for Long-Term Growth 24/7 Operations Environment Requirements Dispatching or logistics experience preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Must be organized, professional, and reliable Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must speak and communicate clearly in English Knowledge of load boards such as DAT and Truckstop is preferred Experience with hot shot, power-only, or OTR freight is a plus Join the DLKA Transport Team If you are motivated, driven, and ready to grow with a fast-moving transportation company, we want to hear from you.
