Tufting Mechanic 3rd shift

We are seeking a skilled Tufting Mechanic to join our team for the third shift. This role is essential in maintaining and repairing tufting machinery to ensure optimal production efficiency and quality.

Schedule:

Sunday - Friday (11:00 pm to 7:00 Am)

Job Functions:

Must have advanced knowledge of tufting styles, patterns, weights and machine capabilities. Making corrections to machinery as needed to insure quality tufted carpet. Responsible for overseeing the machine set- ups and insuring proper weight, pattern, and style carpet is achieved. Changes hooks, needles, blades, and modules necessary. Use of hand and Power tools as necessary. Performs duties of the LTO as necessary. Cooperates with supervision and fellow employees in performing all duties. Abides by all safety, attendance, and work rules. Keeps work area clean and orderly. Lifting up to 50 lbs Performs other tasks as necessary.
