First units begin Wednesday 5/20/2026. We currently have approximately 10 apartment turnovers scheduled this week with additional work expected throughout peak season. We are hiring fast, reliable cleaners for apartment turnovers during the busy summer move-out season. If you move slow, need constant supervision, show up late, or call off frequently, this is not the position for you.

PAY STRUCTURE

This is

TEAM-BASED

production cleaning — NOT solo cleaning. Apartments are cleaned by crews of 3-4 people, including a working supervisor, so the workload is divided among the team and units can be completed quickly and efficiently. Pay is based on completed apartments, not hourly clock time.

Current apartment payout structure:

1BR — $30 2BR — $40 3BR — $50 4BR — $65 5BR — $80 Most team members average approximately $18-$25+ per hour equivalent depending on speed, attendance, reliability, and production. Fast, efficient workers earn more. Paid bi-weekly through direct deposit every other Friday.

SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Some Saturdays possible Seasonal work (May-August)

REQUIREMENTS

(NON-NEGOTIABLE) Reliable transportation (must be able to drive yourself) Show up every scheduled shift Work quickly without sacrificing quality Take direction well Stay on task and avoid distractions

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
