Turn Technician (Apartments)

Apartment Turn Technician We are seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Turn Technician to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will play a key part in preparing residential units for new residents by ensuring apartments are turned over efficiently, safely, and to company standards. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, responsibilities include general maintenance and repair work such as carpentry, drywall, plumbing, HVAC, and basic mechanical repairs. Experience with electrical systems and welding is a plus. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent resident service are essential. Proven experience in property/residential maintenance is required. Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM One rotating on-call week Must be available for nights and weekends as needed
